This is a new one in town so the space is growing and evolving as they find their feet. But I can tell you they serve great summer cocktails and they often have a food truck serving wood fire pizza which are actually amazing. It’s becoming one of our favourite spots for a summer afternoon especially when live music is on.

This is my personal favourite walk. It’s about a 7km round trip and we often pack some snacks and spend an hour or two on the beach. I love taking the kids here because we always see lots of native wildlife and it is where they filmed the movie ‘where the wild things are’ so kids love it. Great views and just a magical part of the ocean.

I love taking the kids here because we always see lots of native wildlife and it is where they filmed the movie ‘where the wild things are’ so kids love it. Great views and just a magical part of the ocean.
This is a great spot to visit because you can choose if you want to do a short loop walk, or take a longer walk down to the beach via the many stairs!

We explored this area a bit during the first lockdown. They have a new playground which is gorgeous and has lots of sensory type play. This is only a short drive from the top of the gondola.

This is where I buy my milk and general fruit and veggie top ups if I run out. They are mostly organic and a fairly reasonable price. I buy milk here because they have glass bottles which are returned and reused by the manufacturer.
