Wroxham is a lovely place where you can either drive or get the train via wymondham train station with a couple of stops. You can hire a boat to take you up and down the broads for an hour or more. The views are spectacular and the local wildlife abundant

Exploring the north Norfolk coastline is a treat for the eyes, plus with it only being a 50 minute drive through the scenic country lanes to the coast. You can go as far west as Sandringham to as far west as Aldeborough

This pub/bistro is super, the food is sensational plus the atmosphere. It has a great courtyard too, which is lovely when the temperature allows you to sit outside.

Wymondham has all the amenities you could want. Everything is well linked, plus it has its own unique railway (near the abbey) plus a normal railway station too, that can connect you to the closest city Norwich (15 minute journey)
It has great restaurants and takeaways if you’re not wanting to cook, or great supermarkets all within walking distance or car journey.
