This is a nice place to go by boat, hang out, enjoy the view and play with mud! You can rent boats and SUPs directly at the southside of the lake at "Schnappers Botsverleih"

Sylvensteinspeicher is about 1h by car on the border to Austria. On the way you pass beautiful Tegernsee. Sylvensteinspeicher is the origin of river "Isar" that crosses Munich. Check out the upper part of the river that runs into the lake, direction Vorderriss - feels like little Canada;)
