If you are coming to Fivehouz from the KLIA airport, you can take the KLIA Express or KLIA Transit to KL Sentral LRT station and get down at Taman Bahagia LRT Station. You can also go to places in KL or certain places in Selangor area by using the LRT train or switching to other trains (MRT, monorail, BRT & KTM) to go to different places. If you need any help in getting around, please feel free to talk to us!

If you are a durian-lover, you must come and check-out the durians here in SS2! There are many stalls around, so please feel free to explore. If you are not a big fan of durians, there are also many other shops that you can explore here to get a local feel.

The neighbourhood is a quiet place compared to KL. However, you may also find many local attractions here so don't be surprised! All you need to do is to keep an open mind and explore around!

Groceries and daily needs are mostly cheaper in the morning or night markets compared to groceries in the supermarkets in the shopping malls. You may want to check out the markets first or local mini markets before heading to supermarkets.

It is good to learn a few of the Malaysian languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese or Tamil), be it to deepen our knowledge or just for fun! To start with, you will never go wrong with a warm greeting of Selamat Pagi (good morning), Selamat Tengah Hari (good afternoon), Selamat Petang (good evening), Selamat Malam (good night), Apa Khabar (how are you?) and don't forget about Terima Kasih which means thank you!

Most travellers will research on the places or food they wanted to go to try before embarking on their trips and some even go to the extent of booking the tickets before coming. It's a good practice, especially if there are discounts for early booking or if there is a long waiting list for popular places. Just make sure that you do your research before hand or you can even check with us.

Our home is kids-friendly with some toys and books to keep themselves occupied while you are having your time at Fivehouz! We even have a movie-theme room designed for young and the young-at-heart. To move around with kids is also easy and convenient here where you can take the train just opposite our house (certain age groups have discounts on the fares) so there is no need to drive every time!

Generally, Malaysia is a hot and humid country all-year round, with rainy seasons normally happening at the end of the year but sometimes occasionally throughout the year, too. You may want to pack light while travelling here and if there is any need for you to stock up on your needs, shopping is very convenient and affordable here.
