There are so many wineries in the county, it's impossible to just pick one! But this one is a classic example of a County winery; friendly, family-oriented, small, and country....they grow / collect the herbs and other plants for their vermouth on the property.

Incredible homemade ice cream. Campfire is my favourite- it's a mix of charred, smoked, and roasted marshmallow (it's slightly bitter, similar to coffee).

Dunes beach is incredible....during peak season the beach is so busy they close the gates. So go early in the day, or later in the afternoon (or come to watch the sunset)

There is a larged mowed area at the entrance and a picnic shelter. All trails / facilities free for use. There is also a historic home on the property (Proctor House) which offers paid tours in the summer, and an outdoor barn and stage with shows in the summer.
