On Sundays a fabulous farmers market takes place in the parking lot of Captain Anderson’s restaurant. You will find lots of delicious food and homemade goodies. Also, Capt. Anderson’s restaurant offers a bakery and gift shop that is a must visit. And don’t forget Captain Anderson’s fishing fleet docked behind the restaurant in the Grand Lagoon! These boats offer half and full day fishing trips, and all equipment, bait and fishing licenses are provided.

Owned by a local family for 40 years plus, this Mexican restaurant has an outdoor deck on the water and even a play area for the kiddos. The fish tacos are the best I’ve ever had, the steaks are amazing, the ceviche and homemade guacamole are delicious, In the margaritas superb. And of course all of the traditional Mexican fare is the best in Bay County. This Local favorite restaurant is about a 10 minute drive over the big Hathaway bridge in the historic fishing town of St. Andrews, which is also a must see with a marina and quaint shops as well as other great restaurants.

Whether you have been on a paddleboard many times or this is your first
experience , I highly recommend Panama City Paddle Boards (and Kayaks). There are several Public Beach Access points within walking distance of the townhouse, or you can choose to meet at St. Andrews State Park. If the Gulf is a bit wavy for you, then Panama City Paddle Boards will recommend and deliver your boards/kayaks to a location on St. Andrews Bay!
