A great place to enjoy the beach. You can rent a sun bed for the day with one of Watamu's most beautiful views. The restaurant serves great Italian food, the pizzas are delicious! Papa Remo also host beach parties at night.

This place makes delicious ice cream and serves very reasonably priced food. The crepes are great as is the ham and cheese focaccia and brioche. It's a great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch and also has a small kids play area.

They run a Bycatch Release Program which works with the local fishermen who call them in case they catch a turtle or find an injured turtle in their nets. LOC bring the turtle back to their rehabilitation centre if they need medical assistance or help, and if and when they are healthy they are released back into the wild. You can visit their centre to learn more about turtles and what you can do to help our marine environment and possibly see turtles in their rehab centre. Get in touch if you would like to know more and find out if you can watch a turtle being released back into the ocean or if any nests are due to hatch along the beach.

It's a great place to bring children and if you are brave enough you can handle a snake.
