The best restaurant view with ambience. The food is charcuterie style platters and crafts beer and wine. Walk across the road to view the lake. It’s not too far outside of Picton.

We love the Cressy mustard, Mike Mundell’s potato chips, County Fare curry ketchup, lavender chocolate, and much more.
Look for the yellow church off of county road 64 just as you are leaving the county wineries.

Not in the County but only about 30 minute drive to this Provincial Park that has great biking and hiking trails, family friendly, walking trails along the water with picnic areas. If you take the time to go don’t miss the boardwalk trail.

The Dunes beach is not as popular with the tourists as the Outlet Beach but the locals love this beach with high hills of sand. Kids love to run down the hills and straight into the water. It is beautiful and worth checking out. Go early if you want a spot under a tree.

Not in the County but only 20 minute drive to Shannonville. Ecstasy Crafts specializes in paper crafting and mixed media art supplies. If the weather is not your friend on your vacation and you would like to try something creative this local store with classroom will definitely satisfy your creative side. No supplies needed and no experience necessary but call ahead to book a spot.
