The bandshell is often the location for free music or movies, as well as many festivals. A fun spot to watch kayakers, rafters, surfers and inner-tubers navigate the river park.

Soaking spot
Local Hotspring Pools.
While there are many hotspring options in the area, I really enjoy a day, or even a few hours, at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. It is located along Chalk Creek with high peaks to the west. They offer a wide range of classes at the spa, both in the gym and in the various pools - check the website for the schedule. The spa also has a smoothie/snack bar. There is a nice restaurant in the lodge as well. Very relaxing!

Mount Princeton Historic Bath House & Hot Springs

You can't go wrong with Amica's menu... Wood-fried thin crust pizza's with so many delicious toppings as well as a "build your own" option, great salad choices, and traditional Italian dishes.

Favorite hikes
The Greens Creek trail winds along a clear mountain stream and into a beautiful stretch of aspen trees. There are beaver dams and pools upstream and abundant wildflowers. Continue on the trail to reach Marshall Pass.
