These are some places I have been and I enjoy going back.
If your looking for something to do for a full day, it's about an hour and a half drive one way to el Valle De Guadalupe. very nice wine country. but there are other winery you must also visit: Finca Altozano,
El Cielo Winery, Fuego Cocina del Valle and others, you will have to drive on some dirt roads but they are not that bad. Plan for a full day. I don't drink Alcohol but I have ate at all three of these places and you can't go wrong but for Finca Altozano you really need a reservation unless you're just going to look and have a drink.

Great Dinner place. Nice bar. Right on the water. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Look for it on Yelp that may be easier.

Look on Yelp for the info. It's a good place for breakfast, nice large rear outside patio with a waterfall. Good for large family. Prices are about average. It's a place you will enjoy when you walk around inside,it seem like it has a good vibe.

Only open on the weekends. Nice views, low prices, nice workers. But call when you are on your way and get on the waiting list or you may wait an hour. It's a place only open on the weekends. It's about a 25 minute drive from town, up at the top of the hills in Rosarito. Follow google maps, it got me there perfect. Best views, low price food for breakfast.

Look for this place on yelp. This place is only good if you know what "Gorditas" are and that is what you are in the mood for. The place is very cheap and it will run out of Picadillo Gorditas by noon.

This place is located here in our community, it's a good place for a drink and to hang out at the beach or at the pool. I like the Clam Chowder.

This is one of the newest places in Rosarito. Very beautiful place. Nice for taking pictures. This place is very close to the house. Valet parking right at the front door.
