When I go on vacation, after choosing the area and the accommodation, I'm looking for the best restaurants to go in order to avoid the tourist traps. For this reason let me share with you my list of Trapani recommend restaurants.
This is the most typical Trattoria in Trapani where you can try Busiate pasta with pesto Trapani style (with garlic and fresh tomatoes), couscous and seafood. Let's ask to the chef and after lunch/dinner do not miss to have a look at the building just in front. It is Ciambra Palace, the most important example of the Jewish heritage of the town.

Always useful. Within 50 m from Kantunè you will find a very good bakery, a greengrocer (with local products), and a Carrefour Express Supermarket.
It's not this one the one close to Kantunè but it is also close and good. Just by the port.

Sicily is a jewel. Good food, excellent wines but this is only the result of the traditions and heritage of our ancestors. Their works, monuments and culture are our treasure. Also Trapani has its own masterpieces and I'd like to share with you the ones of the downtown area.

Nowadays, the palace is private and it is possible to admire only the shabby facade. Inside it host a marvelous patio with garden but it is not possible to visit it.

The beaches are unique, beautiful and some of them are listed as the most beautiful in the world: Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra but also Lido Burrone (family friendly) are just few examples. From Kantunè it is really easy to reach them. Book a one day tour to Favignana and include a stop at the savage Levanzo or the remote Marettimo.
