Very modern museum with beautiful water views, you can even see the dolphins if you are lucky. Walking distance from my apartment you can also take the free metromover if don't feel like walking. The exhibitions are great and definitely worth checking out. The museum offers happy hour and free entrance on certain dates. You can check out the events at pamm.org

Hip neighborhood full of street art, multiple art galleries, unique restaurants and bars. Perfect place for taking pictures. It usually gets very busy at night, but still a very nice area to visit during the day if you don't like crowds. You can appreciate the art and have some lunch in any of the various restaurants that offer outdoor seating.
