Excellent place for coffee, breakfast and lunch. It's a cafe converted from an old factory, with relics of its past, so it's got a great rustic feel to it. The food is excellent too.

This is an awesome Mexican restaurant 10 minutes' walk from our house. It's a real stand-out in the street, painted very colourfully. Soft tacos, drinks, great menu!

This is a bike path / walking path that winds around a large part of Melbourne, including right next to our house! So if you like bike riding, this is a good one.

This is a great place for kids and adults. It's by the riverside, a lovely little farm with goats, chickens, horses. Makes you feel like you're in the country when you're only 10 minutes from the city! There is a great cafe here for lunch/brunch as well.
