Take the tram 9 (direction Wabern), get off at "Wabern, Gurtenbahn", walk up to the funicular railway or hike to the top of Bern's "Hausberg".

Do you like tea? ...this is a quite hidden tea room above the tea shop. The very nice old building gives a good athmosphere.

Mhhhmm... wonderful yummy Pitta's. and eat them in the park opposit of the restaurant - or in front of the main building of the Bern university (with a wonderful view to the mountains).
