One of the most beautiful national parks in the US. There are numerous hiking trails within the park and wildlife is everywhere. Do not miss this park when visiting the area. Drive time is less than an hour from the house. Entry reservations are required unless you enter the park before 7am. Make sure to save some time to explore Estes Park too.

You can walk to this vineyard if you like! Call first for tasting hours. I haven't had a wine there that I didn't like. They have a beautiful tasting room and patio and Bill and Christy are lovely hosts. Check out Christy's garden while you are there.
