Parks & Nature
Besides the beautiful orchids and the pleasant atmosphere - far away from the street noise of Kuala Lumpur - the garden offers two more highlights. From here you have a wonderful view of the KL skyline and if you go a little deeper into the garden you will most likely meet some wild monkeys that are up to their ears here.

Behind the Petronas Twin Towers and the Suria KLCC shopping mall, there is a beautiful, green park amidst all the skyscrapers, the KLCC Park. Everything is very well maintained and there is even a small public swimming pool for children.

In the district of Kampung Baru, there are still a lot of original Malay people living, thus the actual natives of Malaysia. They have retained their right to own their old houses in the middle of the city centre. This area should be built on one or the other time. However, the residents are reluctant to do so because they want to preserve the original Malay life.
