Hammocks on the hill
Waygate Farm has a series of unique 'hammock stations' in beautiful locations across the hillside. Guests are able to sling a hammock over their shoulder and head up to their favourite spot to relax and maybe enjoy a picnic or a sundowner. The hammock stations are also great for star gazing at night (no light pollution here!!)
EX15 1PP
The stars at Waygate are stunning, especially during wintertime! Just wrap up warm, fill the picnic flask with a hot toddy and head up the hill with a hammock to enjoy the magic of our dark skies. For the best stargazing experience chose a clear night without a full moon. (There are some great phone Apps to tell you which stars you are looking at)
