Ski Resort
On the Epic Ski Pass -- Family friendly and beginner friendly. Great lessons and a lot of terrain. It can get very busy on weekend days with long lift lines (15-20 minutes). Peaks 6-10 provide great terrain and bowl access that is not too difficult for the less experienced. By far the best resort town, because it is actually a town!

On Epic Pass -- Very beginner friendly and has some big bowls. This has notoriously been known as a “snowboarders” mountain with a lot of parks and fun terrain. There is also a great gondola ride for people that do not want to ski at Keystone!

Standalone or on the Ikon Ski Pass -- This is an EXPERT only mountain. I would not recommend this for newer or inexperienced skiers and snowboarders. Some of the gnarly terrain you can find in the Steep Gullies and East Wall. If you’re up for the challenge, you’ll have a story to write home about, but beware, this is no joke and highly dangerous terrain! This is a skiers mountain. Minimal glamour but a great environment.

Ikon Ski Pass -- My favorite mountain on the list is Copper. It’s a locals mountain with great terrain. Easily laid out from right to left (easier to expert) and a great bowl experience up top. One of the best backsides of a mountains with the new lift added to Tucker Mountain off the back side (use to be snow cat or hiking only). If you’re into park riding, they have a whole Woodward experience you can enjoy

On Epic Ski Pass -- The most insane mountain in regards to pure size and bowls. Seven bowls, and a whole separate mountain in Blue Sky Basin in the back (long traverse to get there). If you’re only taking one trip to Colorado, this is a must! The experience is one of the most amazing views and terrain you’ll ever see. This is a very spread out town, so if you get lost, ask for directions or it could take a while to get home!

On the Epic Ski Pass -- If you want to live like the rich and wealthy for a day, this is the spot! Tissues when you step in the lodge handed to you, cookies at the base of the mountain, and also some unreal terrain. Cliff runs, steep bumps, and a great base to the mountain that reminds you of a swiss village!

On the Ikon Ski Pass: Known for the steep and deep bumps, Mary Jane is one of the most extreme bump riding you can do. A telemark and bump skiers heaven! It’s on your way back to Denver so if you’re heading home but have an evening flight you can hit it on the way home. Great small mountain town for ski apre!
