Located in the Rossmor Building which also houses Sawatdee, Blacksheep Pizza and Key's Cafe. The taproom is filled with light during the day, and glows with warm light at night. The Cabooze located feet away from the Franklin Avenue light rail transit station and on several Metro Transit bus routes. Named for its intentional resemblance to a super-sized train's caboose, this light-rail-adjacent venue has long stood as one of the area's most prominent blue-collar clubs. Though its bikers-and-blues atmosphere is what gives the Cabooze its working-class charm, it also plays host to country, indie rock, hip hop, jam bands and everything in between.

From website: The Rabbit Hole gastropub is our nod to Korean Pogjangmachas, but our food is Korean by way of Los Angeles. It’s not your Halmeoni’s, Omma’s or Imo’s Korean cuisine, nor is it the kind you had while you were in Korea. It’s also not “Americanized” Korean as we are not “Americanized” Koreans. We are Korean-Americans and The Rabbit Hole is who we are.

The cuisine is based out of Trinidad and Tobago, but has a deep Indian influence. The City of Saint Paul was known as the Pig’s Eye Settlement until in 1841, when the first Catholic priest in the area, Fr. Lucien Galtier, dedicated his log chapel on the bluff to Saint Paul, requesting that the settlement adopt the name as well. The Cathedral of Saint Paul is now a civic landmark and the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Paul and Minneapolis. Approximately 1,000 households name the Cathedral as their home parish. One of the finest examples of Beaux Arts architecture, the Cathedral was designed by E. L. Masqueray. The cornerstone was laid on June 2, 1907.
