South of lake Rahajärvi there is a fire place with a shelter. Turn from the mainroad (road number 4) before Rahajärvi to left and follow the road til the lake (follow where other cars went). It's a beautiful place to drive to. Some of the tour groups from the area go here for northern lights, but it's also free to go and enjoy for everyone.

A good day walking destination. In summer you can park a car behind the hill and get only few kilometers away. On the top there is a little hut which is always open and you can prepare snacks on fire in there!

Pielpajarvi Wilderness Church
A beautiful day walk to see the historical wilderness church.
There is a great view from the top of Kaunispää, where you can drive a road all year long. In winter there is also the longest sledding hill ever! The sledding hill is free to use and there is sleds down the hill. The hill is definitely not only for kids, but more for adults!
