Close to Major Freeways
Getting around is very easy as the house is close to major roads and freeways such as the 101 and 405 freeways.
Conveniently located near the following tourist attractions:
A 15-minute drive to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Hollywood, 25 minutes to Downtown LA, 25 minutes to Malibu, and 1 hour to Disneyland. (These approximations do not take rush-hour traffic into consideration.)
There are several restaurants that are walking distance from the house. If needed, there is also public transportation close by.
