Great place to go look at the river and take a fishing pole (be sure to get a fishing license first). It's a short drive - 10 min from the AirBnB, so you can plan an early evening after dinner sunset visit! We like to stop by Dairy Queen for an ice cream cone and head down there before sunset.

For a wonderful day drive, visit Guntersville and enjoy the lake! Also a great downtown area with some good food stops. With some planning, you could arrange to rent a pontoon boat ahead of time.
