One of our favorite things to do is grab some dinner to go, a cooler of beer, and drive up the parkway to an overlook and eat and drink while we watch the sunset.

One of our favorite things to do is grab some dinner to go, a cooler of beer, and drive up the parkway to an overlook and eat and drink while we watch the sunset.
This is a great place to visit to watch the sunset. It's about an hour away from our Airbnb.

This is a neat little day trip. You have to purchase tickets in person and they can sometimes sell out so call ahead to make sure they have slots.

This is a great place to go on a nice day to see all the flowers and trees. They sometimes have art to check out as well. Great place to get dressed up and take pictures.

Very close to our Airbnb. You can spend a whole day exploring the Biltmore. There is food, drinks, sightseeing, shopping, and it's a great location for taking cute photos.

Looking for something for the kids to do or a free place for you to enjoy? This is a great park with miles on miles of paved track good for running, walking, biking, skateboarding, and rollerblading. There is also the velodrome witch is an old racetrack that people like to skate and ride bikes around. In the center of the track there is a playgroud, volleyball courts, basketball courts, fields for soccer, baseball, and football, and an outdoor hockey rink. It is completely free, but parking can be tricky on a nice day.
