Those in the know pack their swimsuit and have a dip in the pool, the rest simply enjoy the scenery. This place packs out in summer so we recommend going early morning, or late afternoon to ensure a park.

A local gem and beautiful all year around, Frimley Park is well worth a visit. A 15 minute walk from the house, located right beside the Aquatic Centre, you can take a turn around the well curated grounds, visit the rose gardens or let the kids loose on the playground. It gets really (REALLY) hot in the Bay - cool off at Village Pools located in Havelock North. We love these pools because they are heated, and there are pools to suit everyone in the family. Top Tip: Pack a picnic and make an afternoon of it.
