I would not say it's a great place but I ate here a LOT because it has cheap and great portion lunch menus - you can choose from three different menus. Not sure if they speak English though :/

Definitely my favourite café around. It has Turkish café and shisha. I would strongly recommend to try melangé (latte with honey) in cold weather and ice coffee in good weather. Has a great outdoor place to sit and also indoor areas.
