The Cable car is one of the must-do things in Dubrovnik. The ride lasts approx. 3 min and brings you on the top of the mountain Srđ. Besides you can enjoy the view on the way up, I suggest you a coffee at the terrace of the restaurant Panorama while enjoying magnificent views. Also, you can visit War Museum or do a buggy safari. If you consider yourself adventurous enough, there is a rocky path leading you to the top.
