Zoo
“Very easy to find and to access. If you are driving there is a large underground car park on site with lifts direct to the entry level. The zoo is fairly compact and very well laid out and maintained. The onsite restaurant is ok although prices could be a little better - our advice is to eat at around 1330 as by 1400 there is always a queue.”

“The Serrans Gate or Serranos Gate, also known as Serrans Towers or Serranos Towers is one of the twelve gates that formed part of the ancient city wall, the Christian Wall, of the city of Valencia, Spain. It was built in Valencian Gothic style at the end of the 14th century.”

“The northeast side of the old-town is the youngest and most bohemian part of the city. El Carmen took shape in medieval times, situated outside of the 11th-century Moorish walls but within the Christian ones that went up in the 14th-century. What’s great about this place is the way the palaces next to these cool, shaded alleys have been converted into hip boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Calle de Caballeros, which begins at Plaza de la Virgen, is where many nights out in Valencia will end up. You can also see fragments of Valencia’s late-medieval defences, at Torres de Quart and Torres de Serranos.”

“Cute place by the beach side. Has a really nice garden area in the back. The food is quite nice, we only had starter plated but the mains looked amazing. We ordered the nachos and they were very homey. Staff is friendly and approachable. It tends to get busy so i would recommend to make a reservation.”
