“Established in 1954 this 187 acre wildlife refuge is an awesome place to go for a hike, take in the diverse habitats, and snap some photos along the way. Don’t forget to bring along bird seed, wild birds will feed right from your hands! Kids will have a blast being so close to nature.”

Park
“This beach is gorgeous at sunset and is popular with locals who drive onto the beach and have cookouts etc, and go fishing, or clamming (by permit). You can dive down and grab armfuls of big clams from the mud floor of these shallow waters here. Sitting on the rocky jetty and watching the birds dipping and diving and boats coming in is a precious way to enjoy a sunset.”
