To begin, I will give you a tour of the Ned, a beautiful and historic 5-star hotel in the City of London, giving you a flavour of the day-to-day lifestyle of local Londoners. We will then sit down to some delicious and healthy food at Malibu Kitchen, the Ned's Californian-inspired restaurant. We will explore the importance of lifestyle for health and the impact I have seen it can have, before discussing your health journey and what you would like to achieve for your health. Finally, we will come up with a bespoke 30-day action plan for how you can live your healthiest lifestyle. Paint Abstract Medicine class

Abstract Medicine 3 hr workshop : 1) Welcome. Candles lit, calming music in the background based in my studio in Soho, London. Introduction. 2) Intention. Set out a personal intention to the Universe. What would you like to attract? e.g: prosperity, love, healing. Mediums and materials; pencil, ink, watercolour, acrylic, paper and mini gift canvas board. Variety of ethically sourced paper sizes. 3) Using colour therapy and form - According to your intention I will direct you to the exact matching colour vibration. This will act as your base note which you will paint across your paper. You can have more than one intention and several works on paper (max of 5 each). Once these sheets are all dry you will begin to create a free form shape in ink or pencil and subsequently paint in 3 colours of your choice, around/ inside this shape. This shape will act as the main subject taking up the majority of space on paper. The shape can be inspired or acquired. (Check pictures.) What you will learn: negative/ positive space, form, light and dark, tone, colour theory, brush stroke technique and patience :) Once your sheets dry you will pick one of them as a blueprint for your mini canvas board which makes a great festive gift!

Mindful sourdough baking masterclass

You will be greeted with refreshments including a sample of what you are about to create, and then explained the fundamentals of sourdough baking and why it is so nutritionally beneficial. The next 5 hours will then be divided up into teaching, creating, nibbling and learning about mindfulness through the correlation (and explanations) it exhibits with baking; alongside making new friends As a new addition to the course, and to give you as much value for money as possible; for lunch, you will be given the opportunity to stretch and shape your very own sourdough pizza base, which you will then be able to decorate with a selection of toppings at hand before devouring it amongst the company of fellow mindful baking enthusiasts. Throughout the day you will be introduced to a selection of techniques and principles that will help you to not only become a master baker but a far more grounded and peaceful person, also. After receiving a cooking demonstration, you will leave with a ready to bake loaf of sourdough that you will have created yourself, alongside a jar of the widely sought after Timmy 'Starter' and the fundamental knowledge needed to create it again and again.
