Due to weather conditions we might need to adjust our final destination, it can be Tromvik, Sommarøy, Skibotn or Kilpisjarvi. With last two ones the tour might extend until 2:30am so please plan accordingly next day. A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. Are you tired of all the classical boring tour guides offered everywhere, well then here's just another one for you, just a bit longer! Joking aside, this activity is definitely the best choice to see as much as possible in Copenhagen in just one day. The tour in addition is supposed to last for at least 7 hours, depending on the pace. The Half Marathon will start at my favorite monument of the city - sorry it's not the Little Mermaid, a church by the name of Grundtvigs Kirke. From there will be roaming the streets of Copenhagen throughout its five major neighborhoods: Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Vesterbro, Christianshavn, and finally Østerbro. This experience will cover most of Copenhagen's famous attractions and all of the excellent districts. Walking 20 Km isn't that difficult when you have good shoes on, and some other equipment depending on the weather. In fact, in Scandinavia they say that there's no bad weather, there are only bad clothes. This experience will be more of an interactive journey, questions will be answered of course, but it'll help me as well understand more of the Danish functioning society throughout your feedback. Make your visit to Stockholm unforgettable. Book a private photoshoot in the city center of Stockholm. As a professional photographer, I will capture you in a natural and relaxed way. We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting). You will go home with the best souvenir from your trip to Stockholm! This experience has a duration of approximately 1 hour in total. Within a week after the experience, you will receive a beautiful selection of photos. You will receive the selection of photos in high resolution and of course, the photos are edited with a lot of care and love from my side. Per shoot you will receive in total between 30-40 jpg photos. My photography style can be best described as authentic, natural and pure. You will get warm thermal clothes and shoes in our basecamp in Ivalo. From there we continue to a small village called Koppelo. Snowmobile and sleigh is waiting for you there, the journey starts to our a secret ice fishing place. You can enjoy unique landscape while you travel in the comfort of a sleigh pulled by a snowmobile. When we have arrived to our fishing camp, we will give you instructions for Ice Fishing. You will receive your own fishing rod and you can start fishing in a true Lappish style. You will use either a worm or a maggot to catch the fish. After fishing you will visit our island where we live. In the island we have two friendly reindeers, you will get a change to meet them :) Lunch and hot drinks will be served in a warm lappish teepee by open fire. Lunch will be made of local reindeer meat or fish ( also vegetarion option). This is a great trip even if you are not so interested in fishing! You can ask for pick up service from other places like Inari-village, Saariselkä or Kakslauttanen.

Vi tager en 5 eller 10 km løbetur eller gåtur med stop undervejs. Afstand, rute og tempo aftaler vi. Dyrehaven byder på en fantastisk natur og mange historiske seværdigheder. Den rummer mere end 2.000 hjorte, samt f.eks. ræve, ravne, musvåger osv. Træerne er hovedsageligt bøg blandet med gamle og majestætiske egetræer. Området har været beboet i mere end 5.000 år, og du vil se mange gravhøje fra bronzealderen (1800 f. Kr.). På turen kommer vi forbi Eremitageslottet, bakkerne i Ulvedalene, verdens ældste forlystelsespark Bakken, og forskellige slags skov, moser, enge og åbne landskaber. Hvis vi tager den længere tur, løber vi til Mølleåen, gennem hvidtjørnesletten som er dækket af gamle krogede hvidtjørne. Det smukke område dækker over en uhyggelig fortid, for under de gamle tjørnetræer er der massegrave fra pest og kolera epidemierne, som hærgede København i 1700 og 1800 tallet. Vel hjemme igen tager vi håndklæder og svømmeudstyr, vand og varme drikke til strand og får en dejlig svømmetur (sommer) eller kold dukkert (vinter). Hvis du er rask, er det både sikkert, sjovt og sundt at tage en dukkert i koldt vand. Hvis du foretrækker ikke at hoppe i vandet, kan vi i stedet gå en tur på stranden efter løbet. Hvis en gruppe foretrækker at gå i stedet for at løbe, er det også muligt.

Chase the Northern Lights on a 4-hour evening safari in famous Lake Inari. Experince the frozen lakeside by travelling in a sledge pulled by snowmobile and enjoy dinner in our Aurora Island. You can come to our basecamp in the center of Ivalo, or if needed we can pick you up from the center area of Ivalo. You will get warm thermal clothes and shoes, then head on to the small village of Koppelo, far from the city lights. Take a seat in your sled and travel deeper into the wilderness with your local guide. Comfortable snowmobile-pulled sleigh is covered by warming reindeer hide and you can enjoy the ride to the frozen lakeside. In the lake we will take a break in the silent beauty of the wilderness. If you are lucky, you might see the Northern Lights in the middle of the lake. You will visit our small island where is a traditional wooden cottage and teepees. We live in the island with my husband, we have there wind and solar energy. If you are interested I am happy to tell about our life in lapland, my family has been fishing and living here for generations. We have also two friendly reindeers in our island, so you can meet and feed them :) There you can relax and see if you are lucky enought to see the Northern Lights. I do cross country course in different levels. And I’ll hope to teach, and show you the value and nature thru skiing. First, we'll meet up at the parking spot and start point. Then we go thru the equipment and basic information about cross country before starting. During the lesson and touring I’ll give you some technique advices and how to approve your skiing skills.
