“Port Dalhousie Heritage District is known for it's waterfront and the many shops and restaurants in the area. This is a very popular area to walk around and has one of the most popular marinas on Lake Ontario. ”

“Head to the platform for a great view of the ships making their way up the canal through the locks. Museum is fantastic. Learn about the building of the locks and about the Underground Railway. Harriet Tubman lived in St Catharines while helping those make their way to freedom in Canada. The Lacrosse Hall of Fame is here and is really interesting as well. History of the game and you can try your hand at playing as well. The museum is FREE but please leave a donation!”
