Across the road from the iconic Sydney Cricket Ground and other sporting venues, 15 minutes to Sydney's beautiful eastern suburbs beaches including the world famous Bondi Beach. Start your day with a coffee at the amazing Bourke Street Bakery right around the corner. Our house is a very stylish, architecturally designed & recently renovated terrace house. A perfect combination of the old & the new, and incredibly relaxed environment. Your room is a large room with its own private balcony looking out over the neighbourhood & comfortable queen size bed. Plenty of hanging and drawer space for your clothes so no need to live out of a suitcase. This is also the home of Gascoigne & King - all guests will receive one of our beautifully handmade luxury scented travel candles (retail $25) for free when they check in!!
This is undoubtedly the best location is Surry Hills, two minutes' walk to cafes, restaurants, and bars and a short walk to the CBD, Sports Fields, Centennial Park, Opera House, and Sydney Harbour. Take a short trip to Bondi or Manly Beach.

Hendes hus er fantastisk, og placeringen er lige langt nok fra trængsel i byens centrum, men alligevel stadig meget tilgængelig. Vi vender bestemt tilbage i fremtiden

  • Hele oplevelsen var fantastisk! Bron og hendes sted er rolige, fredelige, varme og indbydende. Det var let at komme til fra lufthavnen, og Bron var altid hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål. Hendes hjem er rent og meget stilfuldt med sjov og interessant kunst og havde alle de bekvemmeligheder, vi havde brug for. Værelset var behageligt og havde en sød balkon for at nyde brisen plus havde et af hendes fantastiske stearinlys. Men alt dette er intet sammenlignet med Brons åbne natur og dejlige samtale. I den meget korte tid, vi var der, fik hun os til at føle os som gamle venner. Tak, fordi du hjalp med at starte vores ferie rigtigt! Hvis du overvejer at bo her, tøv ikke!

  • DU SKAL BOGNE DETTE STED! Jeg rejste solo de første par dage af min rejse i Australien, og det siger jeg - dette er stedet at være! Først og fremmest er BRON og GAVIN de bedste værter, jeg nogensinde har mødt. Jeg kunne ikke takke dem nok for al den gæstfrihed og venlighed, de har vist mig. Jeg kommer bestemt tilbage! For det andet er bnb tæt på de sødeste caféer og restauranter. Balkonen tilføjer lidt af det behagelige opholdssted. Dette er et 5-stjernet airfy, der topper ethvert andet hotel her i Sydney.

    Surry Hills, New South Wales, Australien

    This terrace is spacious and has 4 private bedrooms, 1 Air BnB rooms, 1 is my bedroom, 1 bedroom has my flatmate and the 4th as my office. There is plenty of space for everyone to live comfortably. Each bedroom is large enough to sleep 2 people. My home is centrally located, with plenty of transport links to both the city and beaches.
    Lovely room in renovated 4 bedroom terrace in Redfern. The bedroom is private and has double bed with a large window, leafy outlook, and plenty of cupboard space. It's a large modern and clean share bathroom which is shared with the other Air BnB room. There's a great deck to sit on in the morning sun with your tea or coffee which is provided. There are 2 living spaces, a modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave and a BBQ on the deck. My labradoodle will keep you company if you're cooking! There's a washing machine available as well as the wifi. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants at your doorstep and 2 minutes to buses and trains to explore Sydney. You can walk into the city in 20 minutes or jump on a bus to get you there in 10 minutes. Redfern station is a 5 minute walk from the house, and Central station is a 12 minute walk from the house. There's a fully equipped gym a 5 minute walk away, a lovely sunny outdoor 50 metre swimming pool a 7 minute walk away, a few yoga studios, as well as a large supermarket a 2 minute walk away. It's a lovely central suburb with interesting bars and cafes popping up everywhere, and safe to walk around and arrive home after dark alone. Taxis and Ubers are easy to catch right outside the door. Plenty of space in the house and conveniently close to transport and any amenity you may need whilst staying. There is 2 hour parking on the street outside the house and all day parking a couple of blocks away from the house.
    It's a fast growing and evolving neighbourhood with plenty of new cafes and bars opening often. The convenience of this including a supermarket, a 30 minute walk into the city and plenty of green space within moments of the house to enjoy. Redfern is a safe inner city suburb. The house is moments away from buses and Redfern station is a 5 minute walk away.

  • Mel's sted var dejligt at bo i. Selv og Harry fik mig til at føle sig hjemme lige med det samme. Meget venlig og afslappet. Vi fandt et par gensidige emner, som vi begge brænder for. Lejligheden var let at finde og var også placeret på et praktisk sted at begynde at udforske Sydney. Det er tæt på en masse offentlig transport inklusive metrostationer og busstationer, som kan hjælpe dig med at nå alle ender af byen. Det var uplettede, dekoreret stilfuldt og føltes hjemligt. Noget, som du ikke kunne finde i de fleste hoteller eller vandrerhjem. Værelset selv var stor. Det havde masser af tankevækkende røre, inklusive reserveparaplyer, stikadaptere og solcreme; bare ting, som du måske har glemt at pakke. Jeg sov forbløffende i det rum. Mel leverede endda et Opal-kort, som er praktisk for folk, der ankommer sent og ikke kan få et fra en butik eller ikke ved, hvordan man får et. Generelt er det meget god værdi for pengene, da du får et dejligt sted at bo og en fremragende vært!

    My 34 sqm studio is quietly tucked away yet in the middle of everything. There are a gazillion cafes/bars/supermarkets right downstairs and weekend markets across the road. A pleasant walk by the water takes you to the art gallery, botanic gardens and opera house.
    The apartment is on the border between the red light district (home to some hard characters, weekend party-goers and backpackers) and the gentrified part of the neighbourhood (the 'Paris end' of Potts Point). The 1937 building, originally nurses quarters, is quite dilapidated but retains its period charm. My flat is renovated so feels fresh. The shower temperature can be tricky to get just right so I often took baths living there, and the bath is nice and deep. Nestled between other apartments overlooking the high street and rear laneway, my flat is on the first floor and faces into a lightwell. This means there is no grand vista but also no street noise, and it's temperate with plenty of natural light. It feels spacious for a studio as the bathroom, kitchen, walk-in wardrobe and bed nook are separate from the central living area. Below is a patisserie so kitchen sounds and smells can waft up (I've never found this too intrusive but some guests have mentioned it, see reviews). The most frequent positive feedback I get is around the apartment's decoration/style and location.
    I love the harbour-side walk to the Andrew Boy Charlton swimming pool, across the water from the strangely beautiful naval base. The Saturday food markets have a great vibe (I recommend The Butchers Table stall sandwiches and the Vietnamese salads and pho) and the patisserie right next door does amazing chocolate mousse cake and croissants. If you exit the back door of the building you open it onto a tiny hole-in-the-wall cafe called Room 10 which does excellent, and marvellously convenient, coffee. The walk to Beare Park on the water takes you through residential streets with nice art deco architecture and past the historic Elizabeth Bay House, which itself has a lovely public garden across the road - both good spots for a picnic. Rushcutter's Bay is a more expansive park, good for jogging, frizbee, playgrounds etc. There is a lot of nightlife in the area - the gay clubbing precinct is nearby, tawdry Kings Cross is in full swing on weekend nights and there are some more sophisticated small bars in Potts Point and on Victoria Street. Close to Sydney's major attractions, the area is full of hotels & hostels, a tourist information booth and places to hire travelling vans, book outback adventures etc. Airport shuttle buses loop around the streets every half hour or so and the hop-on hop-off city tour bus stops outside my building.

  • Arianas lejlighed er fantastisk !!! Placeringen af lejligheden er tæt på kongen cross station. Hvis du vil gå fra Centralstationen, tager det ca. 30 minutter. Ryddeligt, rent rum, varmt vand, WiFi, køkkenmaskiner, brusegel og shampoo. 2 senge i huset. Arianas hus er det bedste valg for 2-3 personer! Alt i alt er Arianas hus virkelig en god indkvartering! Btw Ariana er sådan en dejlig person og dejligt at møde hende! Min familie og jeg havde en dejlig ferie i Sydney!

    Decidedly cool. Chill out in this bright & beautiful Darlinghurst Studio, right in the heart of the best of Victoria St cafe's, back street art galleries, theatres plus chic eateries on Stanley St. Live in Art Deco history with best view in town!
    Entire home, not shared. This top floor apartment (5th floor, accessible via fully working, brand new quiet lift or easy stairs) with very high ceilings and 1920s heritage art deco features is a space that is full of light all day long with an incredible vista day or night. Don't stay here if you don't love character with an oldy worldy Parisian loft feel as this studio is filled to the brim with character and charm for those who love original details. Included in the old world charm are old world building sounds like a distant clunking sound when the lift is operated. Older buildings were built so well and the thick walls mean no neighbour sounds, the culdesac street means no traffic noises whilst right in the heart of the restaurant filled village. Brilliant for a single or couple, sleeping maximum two people, on the chiropractic, comfortable queen bed. The kitchen is separate to the main living space, in a small galley way, with a full sized fridge, gas stove and oven (no microwave). No need to sleep with the kitchen in this studio! The kitchen and bathroom both have stunning original tiles with a huge beautiful deep bath, so if you're a bath person, you will be in heaven, enjoying the lovely cross breeze (no AC but none needed!) after a day of walking around the sites of Sydney. Darlinghurst is a destination for Sydney's best restaurants and bars, so you will hear the occasional passerby however this building is on a cul-de-sac, so is one of the quieter streets in the area, as there is no road traffic sound below. People are often surprised at how quiet such an inner city area can be, perhaps as we are on the top floor. Studio has fast internet wifi and coin laundry facilities on the top floor. The roof top also has a fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and the Domain Park. Darlinghurst has colourful characters and is constantly evolving. Where better to stay than right in the heart of it all with the best restaurants that Sydney has to offer - not to mention the original Messina Icecream Shop! Guests have unlimited wifi, access to a small wardrobe, under bed storage perfect for suitcases, the three ottomans also have storage, use of bathroom and 80% of the kitchen. We reserve a cupboard and one trunk for our supplies, these are the only areas that are locked. I am a super speedy responder and here to answer and assist with any questions at all. We like to know when guests have settled in, so that we know guests have their keys and all is as expected. We need to know if anything is not working or broken upon arrival so we can fix and replace items. Sometimes it is just a matter of usage instructions and rather than guests tell us at the end of their stay that items weren't working we would prefer to know so that we can send instructions if there is any issue. This leafy inner city suburb offers stunning residential streetscape. A pocket of pulsating options, the streets come alive at night in this most convenient of locations in Sydney. Darlinghurst is a very safe inner city suburb. The closest train station, Kings Cross, is sometimes sketchy, but like all blue light areas, there is a high police patrol, so we feel very safe there. Darlinghurst is the next suburb and has a cafe and restaurant vibe, so it's very different to Kings Cross. There are many buses and trains all within a close walking distance from our studio. Our street has a 99% walking score! You can walk anywhere to Sydney's biggest attractions and just a bus to beaches such as Bondi Beach :-) Rates are seasonal and change throughout the year. To find the rates and date availability, please go to our home page and click your dates on the top right hand corner. This will also provide rates for dates selected. The studio does not have AC. Installing AC in this studio would be in vain as the studio does not need extra cooling. The studio is on the top floor and has a wonderful cross breeze that all have loved and enjoyed. It also faces east so only gets the morning sun, not the hot afternoon western sun, were it on the other side of the building it would be a different story. The studio has a large ceiling fan if extra cooling is required, but beyond the fan, AC is not needed at all. Rates are dc until Aug 15 due to lift replacement.

  • Jeg opholdt sig i Angelique's plavce i næsten 3 uger og nød virkelig mit ophold. Lejligheden var virkelig sød og finurlig, men meget praktisk og ren, det er den perfekte størrelse til en eller to personer. Jeg følte aldrig at jeg ikke havde nok plads eller manglede noget. Det var lyst og meget behageligt. Placeringen var perfekt, nice barer og cafeer og kun en kort gåtur ind i byen. 10/10 vil anbefale.

Angelique har lagt alt derinde, du har brug for at vide, og derefter nogle. Hun vil meget tålmodig besvare dine (læse-pakken-dumme) spørgsmål, men virkelig .... bare læs pakken. Anbefales stærkt at hænge ud i Darlo Bar på hjørnet, hvis / efter at have opbevaret din bagage, mens du venter på indtjekning. Restaurantens scene er god, og de mennesker, der ser, er helt i top. Komfortabel seng, et badekar og en hjemlig følelse fik mig til at ønske, at jeg havde boet en uge . Fantastisk beliggenhed, nær gode cafeer og en dejlig 15 min. Gåtur til byen. Det eneste advarselsord til dem med begrænset mobilitet - det er en lang gåtur op til øverste etage, mens loftet repareres. Men

    "After staying in many Air BnB's around the world, we have to say this was one of the best for value, safety, location and ease. Highly recommended." (A recent guest) We are very proud of our apartment which we have attempted to create with much love and caring. It is constantly well reviewed and we have been super hosts for many years now...always trying to give you the super most. Why don't you be the judge .
    Located in an iconic Art Deco building in the heart of Darlinghurst, this one bedroom apartment offers all the luxuries. Recently refurbished and decorated it has everything you require including amazing views to the city skyline. It is within a security block and has a luxuriously appointed queen sized bed, large ensuite bathroom, well stocked kitchen i.e. upright oven and hotplates, microwave, fridge and fully appointed kitchen appliances – (ps I love to cook…and I need the right implements)...Important essentials that will ensure that you will not starve when you first arrive ….dining room table and chairs, lounge, coffee table, book collection and television (with DVD player) and music system. The apartment has unlimited Wifi because we know that you need that – just like we do. Views apparent from every window including views of the opera house and the Harbour Bridge (even from the toilet– no less) Although we are very proud of our unit and the way it presents, the jewel in the crown of this apartment occurs on the upper common rooftop deck area where there are gas operated barbeques and tables and chairs, a newly renovated pool and surrounding gardens and coin operated washing machines and dryers. All of this in a setting which has breathtaking views of the harbour bridge, the opera house and all that Sydney has to offer.
    Darlinghurst is the hub of the city. It's an amazing little inner city village full of gorgeous restaurants and cute coffee places and wine bars but the best part is that it's close to everything! Darlinghurst is edgy – but we LOVE that edge because it means interesting and different. You can literally walk anywhere you want in the city within about 25 minutes. The Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Surry Hills, Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, Paddington, CBD are all within easy walking reach and take a short bus trip to the beautiful Bondi Beach.

My apartment has discreet laneway access and is located VERY close to Darling Harbour and the ICC (International Convention Centre Sydney) in particular. You’ll love my place in Pyrmont for the facilities (gym, pool, spa & sauna) and mostly the close location! My place is ideal for couples and business people.
    Closely located to Darling Harbour, ICC (International Convention Centre), The Powerhouse Museum, The Maritime Museum, Sydney Fish Markets, The Star Casino, Pirrama Park, Sydney City Centre, IMAX Cinema, Chinatown, UTS University, TAFE and a 10 minute walk to the CBD. The lightrail stop (Convention Centre) is located right outside the building with a short walk through the Harbourside Carpark and can link you directly to Central Train Station. A short 10 minute walk to the ferry can take you to Circular Quay.

  • Placeringen er meget praktisk. Huset er også meget rent. Check-in-instruktionerne vil blive udstedt længe efter, så det er meget praktisk at bo. Selvom udlejeren ikke optrådte, var online-kommunikationen meget glat. Og huset tilbyder en masse faciliteter! Køkkenudstyr er let tilgængelige, vaskemaskiner, tørretumblere og opvaskemaskiner er også meget gode. At gå ud er supermarkedet, 2 minutter til Hyde Park, og Chinatown er ikke noget problem. Bussen er praktisk, supermarkedens opal kan direkte trykke på værdien af det samlede antal, næste gang du kommer til Sydney, er der en chance for at vælge her! Hvis du skal sige, at der er noget galt, er det pub ved siden af. Hvis du indhenter weekenden, kan der være meget støj, men jeg sover, så det er fint. haha

    My space is a comfortable and safe apartment on the top floor of a unit complex. The private room is furnished with a Very comfortable bed and has stunning views of Sydney's skyline (which looks particularly amazing at night!).
    The complex is in a quiet street in the heart of Sydney eastern suburbs, wedged between the city and beautiful beaches. Bronte, my personal favourite, is about ten to fifteen minutes walk away (depending on your pace). World-famous Bondi is a long walk or a short car or uber ride. We're also very close to other natural gems like Sydney Harbour and the coastal walking route.

    although this is a wonderful apartment to stay, there is a few flights of stairs which needs to be climbed in order to gain access so not particularly suitable for travellers with a lot of luggage or is unable to climb stairs. Have recently added some heating for those cold nights.

We are close within close walking distance to the UNSW and Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick.
    Very comfortable small room with queen mattress and built in wardrobe, two windows with fly screens and blinds. This room is ideal for single people. My home is not suitable for people who want to treat it like a hostel. If you don't want to respect other guests, clean up after yourself, and slam doors, please don't book my place.
    Stay in a clean and modern house and sleep on a queen size comfortable floor mattress. Close to transport and within walking distance to local shopping center and 500 meters to light rail connecting you to Central Railway within 23 minutes. Located tucked away in a quiet area within 450 meters walk to UNSW or Prince of Wales Hospital . Buses to beaches or for those who love walking , Centennial Park within 2km or 2km to Coogee Beach. Big shopping centre with Coles & Woolworths located within 900 meters or plenty of smaller shops including Asian groceries and IGA within 650 meters. Close to major bus stops to all directions running till early hours of the morning.

The location is quite convenient, three minutes walking distance to UNSW, easy access to public transport and to move around Sydney, and close to all shops and public transport.     The house is 3 minutes walking distance to UNSW and about 10 minutes walking to Coogee Beach. Shops and buses also very close to the property and easy access to other areas. You can also enjoy the neighbourhood to dine out or simple go out for drinks as there are some good places nearby.

    please note although this is a wonderful apartment to stay it does require a few flights of stairs to gain access so it is not suitable for older travellers, guests that travel with a lot of luggage or are unable to climb stairs.
    located in the heart of coogee bay rd, 200m from coogee bay hotel. minutes walk to all local restaurants, cafes, shops, coogee pav, public transport & of course amazing coogee beach.

    The house is older style and rambling. Very spacious with separate dining, lounge, bathroom, toilet and laundry. The room is small and comfortable with nice light.
    My place is an old, unrenovated house in an exclusive suburb. The furniture is old, collected from household clean up, and I don't use chemicals in the house. The room is budget priced for the location. Its like a share house. I clean the rooms after each guest and I clean the house once a week. I like guests who can take care of themselves, who are unfussy. I have been renting my house for 12 years. It is full of character - with a mix of renovated and un-renovated bits. The front rooms have floorboards - some which have been re-polished after removing old carpets in the bedrooms, high ceilings some ornate. The paint is old. In the kitchen the cabinetry and tiles are new but old lino. The ceiling needs repair. The bathroom shower and floor has been re-tiled but we still have the old large iron bath-tub. The front of the house has tall decorative ceilings. The back part of the house was extended some time in the 70's so is of that era (except the new bits in the kitchen). The garden is in various stages of growth - it depends on how much I've been working and where in the cycle of vegie growth you stay - seedlings to seeding...... or how much rain we've had. I don't use poisons or sprays so expect a little wildlife - bees, butterflies, moths, wasps, beetles all pollinate my fruiting veggies, grass hoppers, crickets, spiders (they eat the mosquitoes), garden worms, small lizards. The birds visit for the insects, worms, hibiscus and camellias - kookaburras, magpies, indian minors and wattle birds visit daily. The possums like the backyard because we have some trees and some tasty treats in the compost and you may hear them in the garden at night. We do not have screens on the windows and sometimes insects find their way into the house. There is nothing dangerous, but if you are scared of insects or the occasional spider, this house is not for you. Sometimes the tiny lizzards, ubiquitos to any Australian garden, makes its way into the house. I have had baby possums in my room just this season. I put him back into the ceiling, the next day he arrived at my window to say 'thankyou' and then jumped away into the bushes.

The space had a good sized balcony with Weber bbq as well as shared outdoor pool on the complex. It’s a 20 minute walk to Coogee beach and the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. 10 minutes to the spot with shopping and restaurants and easy access to the city via bus or the new eastern suburbs light rail.
    You will have the entire space to enjoy to yourselves, the garden and pool will be shared with other residents
    Randwick is vibrant area with everything you need from bars and restaurants and the great Art Deco cinema the Ritz at the spot as well as retail on Belmore road. It’s a quick 30 minute stroll to Coogee beach and easy access to the city via a bus and as of December the light rail.

The beach is a few minutes away. There is also an amazing ladies rock /ocean pool and Wileys Baths a swimming pool on the ocean edge. There is a lovely french cafe and resturant opposite and also a Thai takeaway. There is also a boutique barber, hairdresser, and even a convenience store opposite. You have everything on your door step but it is still quiet. Coogee is a vibrant and beachy suburb with loads of cool bars and restaurants. You also have The Spot just up the hill with the art deco movie theatre, continental cafes and eateries. The neighbours here are lovely and there is great coffee is opposite. The apartment has two bedrooms one is a double bedroom with a queen bed. The double room has a queen bed with new pillows & pillow protectors. New Ecosa mattress and mattress topper protectors and duvets/doonas. It's a lovely comfy bed with European pillows and lots of other pillows. There is also a wall mounted TV and ceiling fan with remote. The second bedroom is a single bedroom with a single trundle bed. The single bed is a standard single bed. The trundle has a proper sized single mattress and rolls out from underneath. Please note it is a single bedroom, when the trundle is rolled out it is very compact. It is very comfy, however if you need more space you are welcome to sleep on the sofa. In my opinion the apartment is better suited to 3 people, however can sleep 4 if you choose to book. There is also a ceiling fan. Unfortunately it does not sleep 4 plus an infant. COOLING There is aircon in the apartment if needed, however it's normally pretty good, although there are always the days that are an exception. If it's hot just keep the windows and plantations closed and it stays fairly cool. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The reverse cycle unit is placed in the sitting room. HEATING The aircon is reverse cycle. As another option there are also portable oil filled radiators, 1 in the kitchen/ living room and one in each bedroom. WASHING The washing machine is shared in a communal space, but with just one apartment. The apartment is our home so there are personal items such as photos, books etc It is really easy to park outside as the private car space is directly opposite the balcony, so no navigating large underground car parks. It is very easy to move in everything from the car. The apartment has great access and only one step to enter from the front door and 3 from the balcony. The bus leaves and returns from outside the block, directly to the City and Bondi so travelling is cheap and easy. Bondi Junction and Eastgardens shopping centres have the larger and more diverse stores you may want.
    Coogee is a vibrant, Beach suburb with an art deco movie theatre just up the hill. The apartment is well situated with a two-minute walk to Coogee Beach and close proximity to quirky cafes and restaurants. Just opposite is a wonderful French Cafe.

    A big cosy queen bedroom in a big apartment between the beach and the city. Quiet and peaceful place but only few minutes away from beaches and public transport that will take you to the most popular places in Sydney and to the heart of CBD. Great local stores, cafes and shops 4 minutes walk from the house. If you haven't been to Sydney yet, we will be happy to provide you all the information needed for where to go, what to do and what to visit!
    Your room is a private and lovely place where to rest after a touristic or working day; it has the best spot in the house to catch the afternoon sun. There is a big wardrobe to be used by you if needed and linen&towels and toiletries are provided. We have as well iron, hair dryer and heater if needed. We are not obsessed with cleaning, but we like to keep our place tidy and nice and your room will be just ready for you to enjoy. A housekeeper might come once or twice a week and you will be advised in advance. The dining, living, bathroom, kitchen and big balcony are the spaces to share with us. All the apartment has floorboards and you would love to have a morning coffee or evening glass of wine at the balcony with amazing views. The bathroom has a shower for when you are in a rush, but also has a bathtub for you to enjoy and relax. We want you to feel at home so you are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast or light meal preparation at other times. Tea and coffee are provided. In the fridge you will have your own shelf if you want to do some groceries. If you are staying with us more than few days you are welcome to use the washing machine in the apartment. With the fresh breeze in the balcony your clothes will be dry and like new just in few hours. The house has WiFi, Italian coffee machine and TV. There is a lovely communal swimming pool which of course you can use as well, it is green and peaceful and there are a lot of birds.

Hun forlod endda arbejde på sin frokostpause for at gøre det! Da jeg ankom gav hun mig en flaske vin, som var så sød! Lejligheden ligger i en fantastisk beliggenhed - gåafstand til alt. Det var rent og så sød og hyggeligt. Jeg elskede virkelig balkonen og flot udsigt! Vil bestemt anbefale Mias sted, hvis du bor i bondi!

  • Mias lille studie ligger i Bondi på hovedstrimlen tæt på alt! Fantastisk beliggenhed. Char kyllingebutikken var et højdepunkt for mig, da de havde et fantastisk udvalg af salater! Kaffe om morgenen på den lille økologiske cafe, et par butikker var også dejlig. Fremragende til folk, der ser på;) Studiet er som en lille oase en gang inde med alt hvad du har brug for. Det er helt stille for dets placering en gang inde. Rooftop-poolen ville være forbløffende om sommeren, men var stadig dejlig at se solen gå ned om eftermiddagen med udsigten, selvom jeg ikke var vild med at svømme i kulden! Stor værdi og så meget leveret af Mia. Du kan fortælle, at hun elsker at være vært! Er studiohotelkvaliteten? Nej, men det har alt hvad du har brug for og mere!

    One double bedroom on a very quiet street but only a 7 minute walk to Coogee Beach with many restaurants and cafes near by. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away with Bondi Junction and City bus options. Also very close to UNSW and Randwick Hospital. The bedroom has a queen size bed along with a double wardrobe and plenty of drawers. The guest access is everything but my bedroom. If you have a car we have 6 visitor parking spots available or street parking.
    Tea and Coffee facilities will be in the room same as a hotel.
    The apartment is off street which makes it quite and the neighbors are very friendly and obliging.

    The room is light, airy and spacious. It has park views and access to a shared balcony. There is a desk suitable for 2 people to work on, drawers, hanging space and a double bed. Towels, sheets and toiletries are provided. There is fridge space and washing machine with powder and a clothes line. I do not have a dryer but there is a laundromat close by. The house is a 4 bedroom share house. The house is old and may not suit everyone. Share with myself and 2 other guests.
    My place is an old, unrenovated house in an exclusive suburb. The furniture is old, collected from household clean up, and I don't use chemicals in the house. The room is budget priced for the location. Its like a share house. I clean the rooms after each guest and I clean the house once a week. I like guests who can take care of themselves, who are unfussy. I have been renting my house for 12 years. It is full of character - with a mix of renovated and un-renovated bits. The front rooms have floorboards - some which have been re-polished after removing old carpets in the bedrooms, high ceilings some ornate. The paint is old. In the kitchen the cabinetry and tiles are new but old lino. The ceiling needs repair. The bathroom shower and floor has been re-tiled but we still have the old large iron bath-tub. The front of the house has tall decorative ceilings. The back part of the house was extended some time in the 70's so is of that era (except the new bits in the kitchen). The garden is in various stages of growth - it depends on how much I've been working and where in the cycle of vegie growth you stay - seedlings to seeding...... or how much rain we've had. I don't use poisons or sprays so expect a little wildlife - bees, butterflies, moths, wasps, beetles all pollinate my fruiting veggies, grass hoppers, crickets, spiders (they eat the mosquitoes), garden worms, small lizards. The birds visit for the insects, worms, hibiscus and camellias - kookaburras, magpies, indian minors and wattle birds visit daily. The possums like the backyard because we have some trees and some tasty treats in the compost and you may hear them in the garden at night. We do not have screens on the windows and sometimes insects find their way into the house. There is nothing dangerous, but if you are scared of insects or the occasional spider, this house is not for you. Sometimes the tiny lizzards, ubiquitos to any Australian garden, makes its way into the house. I have had baby possums in my room just this season. I put him back into the ceiling, the next day he arrived at my window to say 'thankyou' and then jumped away into the bushes.
    The neighbourhood is in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. We are across the road from the park so expect weekday afternoon and Saturday sports. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
