Park
“This park has many great trails for novices to professional hikers. It has fantastic views. It is on the land where the old Aspenwell Resort Hotel was built. The Aspenwell was a guilded age resort/hotel. ”

“Drive up to the trail at the forested peak separating New Lebanon from Pittsfield, MA, for a walk and a breathtaking valley view. The road up isn't accessible in winter, but when you can get up there, Berry Pond is lovely for a swim near the top. There's acres of flowering azaleas up there in the third week of June.”

“Nice looped trails, mostly flat and wooded, some through wetland areas. Beautiful large pines and a nice meadow view at the start of the hike. It's very close and makes a good quick walk.”

“This sanctuary is one of our favorite places to hike and see wildlife. Visitors can see beavers, frogs, turtles, owls, deer, and occasional foxes. There are streams, brooks, and ponds to spend time meditating and finding some peace. Pleasant Valley Sanctuary is a five-minute drive from Whistler's Inn.”
