“Great busy people-watching vibe. A must for craft beer drinkers and the food is fresh, local and fun. Amazing patio overlooking Main street. Catch a beer, a parmesan haddock dinner, and a live show! They have an amazing live music line up and often have show in one or more of their 3 venues. ***Steph has worked here for 7 years so this review is biased :) Ask for more info! ”

“Lion is the booze bar, bright is the barista bar, and breakfast to late night it’s all a loft-like space where the hip and non-hip sip coffee, wine or craft beer, and devour everything from French toast to haddock tacos.”

“Our favourite brunch place in the city! The space is tight but the food is excellent - try the McCoastal breakfast sandwich. Right out the front door, walk 2 blocks then left on Robie St, walk 2 blocks and you'll see the restaurant on your right.”

We produce a dense, delicious and creamy smooth product. Our sorbets are made from fruit, organic cane sugar and water."”

“"The Goat" (as it is affectionately called around these parts) is the place to stop for coffee, baked goods, sandwiches and soups. The food is delicious and the service is gracious! They are VERY busy in the summer, so call ahead for pick-up if you're in a hurry! The breakfast sandwich is really awesome (egg and your choice of meat or a tomato slice on a buttery, homemade biscuit), and you won't be sad if you take home a few muffins, cookies, or a loaf of porridge bread, either. ”
