Parker og natur i New Smyrna Beach

De bedste parker

Park
“DOG FRIENDLY!!! Lot of friendly happy people too! Always a nice outing to watch the boats pass by as they are entering or exiting the inlet. We recommend packing a cooler and bringing a wagon or beach cart though, as the parking areas can be a walk from the beach/inlet-front areas. Locals love this place and parking can be limited by mid-day. Publix Supermarket is on the way, and a stop at the deli can provide you with ALL you will need to enjoy this waterfront day! Nice nature signs and information is displayed throughout park, and I believe they have just completed their handicapped accessible boardwalk, for much easier access to the scenery. Highly recommend but must plan ahead!”

“You can walk into the park for free (park along Beach Street). Or, you can pay a fee to drive into the park and picnic table area. Or, you can pay to drive onto the beach at this scenic park, which is a mecca for surfers. It's a pleasant stroll out the boardwalk to the beach, or through the saw palmettos.”

“Could it be an old Spanish Fort like St. Augustine? Or is it the ruins of an early English settlement? ”

Beach
“Beautiful scenery for you, as well as sandy estuary shorelines for your pup to play! The park has a toll to enter. However, there is also free parking prior to the park entrance and the walk in is manageable. The inlet area is worth the trip and is a prime location to see some of our resident marine life! ”
