    Cute and comfortable private room inside a 3 bedroom rental in downtown. This rental is only available for 30+ night rentals and is perfect for people in town for work or if you are relocating to Charleston and need a temporary home.
    Newly renovated 3 bedroom house that we are renting out by the room with a 30 night minimum. This listing is for a single room rental where the tenant will share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom door has a keypad lock for privacy and security. The bedroom features a full size bed, desk, dresser and closet. There is a large flat screen TV with cable access and wireless internet is included in the rate. The shared kitchen has a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishware, utensils and drink-ware. The full bath has a stand up shower and we provide storage baskets for each room for personal belongings. All of the new furnishings are beautiful yet functional and the bed is very comfortable. We provide luxurious linens and towels for your stay. Every other week, our cleaning crew will come in to tidy up the common spaces of the house. We will also replenish common supplies at that time, including toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies. Please note that this unit is available with a 30 night minimum only. We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless. We also provide trip planning assistance including recommendations on things to do, places to go and where to eat. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we have on-call staff available 24-7. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, your bedroom and the shared bath.     This property is conveniently located three blocks from the beach, which is less then 500ft and two blocks from folly's dinning and shopping. Folly Beach has an array of quaint stores, coffee shops, ice-cream parlors, and numerous restaurants, so there is no need to take the car when casually stepping out at night or walking the pier. From the moment you enter the giant doors of this custom, 3000+square foot home into the two-story foyer you will be transported into another world. Mediterranean-style architecture mixed with comfortable high-end furniture and appliances exceed all standards. You will feel pampered by the high-quality designer linens and towels as well as the quality soap products just like a five-star hotel. The home consists 4-5 bedrooms 3.5 baths (sleeps 10 comfortabley) A spectacular hallway and formal living room and large dining and living areas off the kitchen amazing, state-of-the-art, 'to die for' kitchen with tons of granite and professional stove,with double ovens as well as microwave dishwasher and large, side-by-side refrigerator .The kitchen is open to the family room/tv room and dining room as well as the screened porch which is the most popular space in the house with our guests as it has conformable chairs for all as well as a secondary dining table and where you will find yourself surrounded by tropical trees and the singing of birds mixed in with the sound of the ocean. The living room to the front of the house can be used as an overflow living space/tv room or 5th bedroom as it has a day bed and pull out trundle as well as the sofa. Also downstairs is the second master, with a queen 4 poster-bed and a full bath. This has a door to the screened porch so this area is a beautiful unit within itself if someone wants more peace and quiet. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms.The Master bedroom is huge and opulent having a king size bed and plenty of extra space .The spa like bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There are two further queen bedrooms upstairs sharing a Jack-and-Jill, beautifully tiled bathroom. The larger of these bedrooms has a great ocean view from the queen-size bed ideal for lazy days. There are TV'S .in 2 of these bedrooms ,one left without on request so Kids don't stay awake all night watching! The most spectacular aspect of this home is the ocean-side deck, perfect for days you want to lounge and sun without being at the beach, or for catching the cool night breezes and ocean sounds as you dine alfresco or gather with friends. Underneath the home is a spectacular outdoor kitchen with a large prep area and dinning with full gas range and sink. There is an outdoor shower as well as storage area for the sun chairs we provide. There is also a 2 car enclosed garage as well as lots of space for at least 7 cars in the driveways in front and back of the home. This home is for a family or group who appreciate such luxury yet want the casual fun feel of Folly. With all we have to offer, as well as making it available to owners of mature well-behaved dogs(at no extra cost), This house has been a Folly favorite for vacationers for many years. Please check the availability calendar which we always keep up to date If we are unavailable we would love to have you visit another time. Some extra emenities that are provided when staying at this house is it is fully stocked with all the necessities you will need. We have over 10 beach chairs and lots of sand toys and even two bikes. We provide our guests with bath towels and beach towels. We use 400ct cotton sheets on all of our beds. The bathrooms have toilet paper and larg pump bottles of sulfate free moisturizing shampoo conditioner and body wash. We have a stroller, baby camera monitor, aswell as a pack n play with an extra thick mattress to put in it for baby's comfort. We have a computer set up so that you can check out all the local resteraunts and destinations as well as a wireless souround sound which u can stream music from. The house has 3 bran new smart tv's in the main living room as well as both master bedrooms. All these extras make it so you don't have to pack your whole house up to feel the comforts of home. There Is also a golf cart available to rent on the property for a $250.00 a week fee.
