Parker og natur i Long Beach Island

De bedste parker

Park
“The 32 acre park was created in 1957. The main attraction is the lighthouse, which you can climb to the lightkeepers catwalk. From this lofty perch there are wonderful views of LBI, the Atlantic Ocean, Barnegat Bay, Barnegat Inlet and Island Beach State Park. Besides the lighthouse people come to the park to walk, birdwatch, learn about maritime history and fish.”

“There are many shops, and historical things in BL. Bring a carema and get some great shots to use for holiday cards. Try the many place to dine while down there. Cast a line and bring home some dinner off the BL jetty. Enjoy!”

“Ships Bottom Beach is also a nice beach. It's very clean and you can enjoy a day of hunting for sea shells. It's also a non-smoking beach. ”
