“Birds are popular pets for locals thanks to our small living places in Hong Kong! Yuen Po Street Bird Garden is a great place to enjoy the sound of birds chirping. This place is full of exotic colourful birds, which is great for photo opportunities and experiencing the local culture. ”

“Maclehose Trail is very very long, divided into 7 parts, you can pick 1-2, go hiking there. Each part you will see the different natural part or historic part of Hongkong, I really love these trails.”

“Also called the "Monkey Mountains" because of the legions of monkeys scattered around. It has a lot of hiking/jogging trails that is suitable to all levels of hikers. It is a very nice and easy walk around the water reservoirs. You can also sit around and enjoy the sun/view. There are a few fishing enthusiasts who enjoy hanging around in the area. Worth visiting.”

“Che Kung Miu Temple is a Grade II historic building located in Tai Wai, Shatin. Originally built in the 17th century, it is not open to the public anymore but the new temple was built in 1994 and is more than eight times the size of the original temple and is in the Japanese style and the authenticity of the original temple has been lost. However it is still one of the most visited temples in Hong Kong. ”
