A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Are you tired of all the classical boring tour guides offered everywhere, well then here's just another one for you, just a bit longer! Joking aside, this activity is definitely the best choice to see as much as possible in Copenhagen in just one day. The tour in addition is supposed to last for at least 7 hours, depending on the pace. The Half Marathon will start at my favorite monument of the city - sorry it's not the Little Mermaid, a church by the name of Grundtvigs Kirke. From there will be roaming the streets of Copenhagen throughout its five major neighborhoods: Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Vesterbro, Christianshavn, and finally Østerbro. This experience will cover most of Copenhagen's famous attractions and all of the excellent districts. Walking 20 Km isn't that difficult when you have good shoes on, and some other equipment depending on the weather. In fact, in Scandinavia they say that there's no bad weather, there are only bad clothes. This experience will be more of an interactive journey, questions will be answered of course, but it'll help me as well understand more of the Danish functioning society throughout your feedback. Sejl igennem Danmarks Nationalskov "Dyrehaven" på en Stand up Paddle Board / Sup. Du starter med at sejle i skoven ad Mølleåen til Øresund. ”Mølleåen” er en historisk å, dannet i den sidste istid. Skoven har været næsten uberørt i mere end 350 år! På turen møder du dyrelivet og skoven på tæt hold. Se på billederne. En skjult perle af en sejltur udelukkende foretaget af mig. Der er omkring 2000 stykker hjorte / hjorte i denne lokale skov, som kun er ca. 15 minutters kørsel fra Danmarks hovedstad, København. Vi mødes på Klampenborg station. Jeg bor ved siden af stationen, så du kan skifte til løbetøj og opbevare dine ting hjemme hos mig, mens vi er ude. Vi tager en 5 eller 10 km løbetur eller gåtur med stop undervejs. Afstand, rute og tempo aftaler vi. Dyrehaven byder på en fantastisk natur og mange historiske seværdigheder. Den rummer mere end 2.000 hjorte, samt f.eks. ræve, ravne, musvåger osv. Træerne er hovedsageligt bøg blandet med gamle og majestætiske egetræer. Området har været beboet i mere end 5.000 år, og du vil se mange gravhøje fra bronzealderen (1800 f. Kr.). På turen kommer vi forbi Eremitageslottet, bakkerne i Ulvedalene, verdens ældste forlystelsespark Bakken, og forskellige slags skov, moser, enge og åbne landskaber. Hvis vi tager den længere tur, løber vi til Mølleåen, gennem hvidtjørnesletten som er dækket af gamle krogede hvidtjørne. Det smukke område dækker over en uhyggelig fortid, for under de gamle tjørnetræer er der massegrave fra pest og kolera epidemierne, som hærgede København i 1700 og 1800 tallet. Vel hjemme igen tager vi håndklæder og svømmeudstyr, vand og varme drikke til strand og får en dejlig svømmetur (sommer) eller kold dukkert (vinter). Hvis du er rask, er det både sikkert, sjovt og sundt at tage en dukkert i koldt vand. Hvis du foretrækker ikke at hoppe i vandet, kan vi i stedet gå en tur på stranden efter løbet. Hvis en gruppe foretrækker at gå i stedet for at løbe, er det også muligt.

Vi starter fra Dokk 1, Århus' nye multimediecenter, der vender hele by på hovedet! Efter introduktionen til byen og til hinanden går vi ved strandpromenaden. Vi vil opdage den kunst, der er lavet af havet selv, vi vil også høre om talenter fra den danske kongefamilie. Du vil lære om de ondskabsfulde vittigheder, som Århus Theatre spillede, og du vil finde ud af, hvor inspirerende den dårlige nats søvn var for den mest berømte dansker i verden! Vi går gennem det latinske kvarter og taler om, hvordan små begivenheder nogle gange kan ændre historien, og hvordan kunstnere bruger deres talenter til at omskrive den. Vi når et unikt tag, som du kan gå op til uden at gå ind i bygningen eller bruge nogen trin! Du får mulighed for at føle Aarhus' kreative ånd i kulturcentret. Bagefter tager vi til parken i rådhuset, hvor der venter masser af kunst! Gennem hovedgaden er vi på vej til en spektakulær tagterrasse med den bedste panoramaudsigt over Århus.
