Brewery
$$
“49th State Brewing Co. is the only brew pub in the Denali area. Great beer and good food with outdoor dining combine to make this a fun place to eat and drink. Sometimes they have music outside! It's located north of Denali Hideaway in the small town of Healy - across from the 3 Bears Grocery Store.”

“Restaurant with almost too many options for pizza. I've never had a pizza here that I didn't like. The "Boreal Forest" pizza is delicious and so it the "Wilderness Tour".”

“The Denali Visitors Center is open from 8 am - 6 pm and is a wonderful place to gain knowledge about the ecosystem of Denali National Park. The movie "Heartbeats of Denali" is shown every hour on the top of the hour. It's also THE PLACE to go for any information about Denali.”

“Grocery store with a deli and convenience store attached. Try the cheesy bread or order your own personal pizza! Or grab some fresh groceries and make something tasty yourself.”

Park
“Trail head is located on the North side of the bridge just past McKinley Village. Park on the left side of the road and head towards the bridge. Trailhead marker is there. This one is for avid hikers. It’s 9.5 miles. Begin in McKinley Village and end in Denali National Park. There is a shuttle that can take you back so you don’t have to hike back. Or do the round trip for a 19 mile hike. Some incline but not much. ”

“This is such a WONDERFUL spot! The sweet Artisan Cafe is decked out with local artwork, full of lovely rustic treats and healthy lunch options, all tucked inside a gorgeous lodge. Enjoy the lake on a sunny afternoon or live music/entertainment one evening on the lawn (one of the only lush lawns in our area!). The upstairs great room is typically bustling with activity too so be sure to check out their calendar before you go, you might happen upon something fabulous like a yoga class, string quartet performance or art exhibit, this place is a MUST-SEE! ”
