“The Copeland Islands, which locals refer to as the Raggeds, is a Marine Provincial Park and a rock fish conservation area. The small islands are easily accessible by boat, kayak or SUP. There are dozens of newly established camping platforms and washroom facilities. The area is great for a day-trip or an overnight adventure. ”

“Manson’s Lagoon is very unique and beautiful. A white sand beach along the ocean on one side, and on the other – a lagoon with an island in the middle of it. There is also a hiking trail, picnic areas, a waterfall.. lots to see. If you get the chance, go to the lagoon at low tide and you can walk out to the island in the middle that is usually surrounded by water. You’ll see all kinds of starfish here, wedged in the rocks, waiting out the low tide. In the summertime you can also see bioluminesence in the lagoon in the evenings. ”
