“Central hub for everything outdoors. Hire a local guide, buy a tent, get advice on where to go and what to do. If you're travelling to Chilliwack to experience the outdoors, you can't leave without stopping in here.”

“Drive to Vedder Park and then walk or bike the trail along the bank of the Chilliwack River all the way to Yarrow if you like long hikes, or come back the same way for a short morning or evening walk. Come early or late afternoon to avoid hot sun in the middle of the day. Watch the river as it rushes through narrows or becomes eerily calm as it widens out. Bring your fishing gear and catch some fish in the Chilliwack River (but be sure to get your fishing license if you decide to go fishing)”
