Park
“Timanfaya is the symbol of Lanzarote. You can drive through the park many landscapes with your car on the normal road (dir. Yaiza). If you have more time, you can book a guided tour in the very heart of the national park (very touristic so expect a lot of people). You will have to leave your car at the entrance and join the tour's bus through the moon-like lava and the vulcano's calderas. Note it is not allowed to walk/hike/bike in that part of the park.”

Playground
“El Cotillo is a small and peaceful fishing village famous for its white, wild and long lagoons with crystal clear waters. El cotillo, in addition to a suggestive context of tranquility and relaxation, can offer pubs, shops, restaurants and bars. I list here the most famous Cotillo's beaches : "Playa del Castillo" (one of the most beautiful beaches in the district), "Playa del Ajibe", "Playa de la Cueva" and "Playa del Aguila" . El Cotillo is also a popular destination for surfers and windsurfers; For those who want to use public transport, El Cotillo can be easily reached by bus from Corralejo using Number. 8. instead From Puerto del Rosario instead, take the Bus Number. 7 because it crosses the interior of the island giving way to taste the different interesting and suggestive panoramas.”

Beach
“Known as the classiest of Tenerife’s beaches, Playa el Duque is lined with boutiques and swanky tapas bars. The beach itself has a relaxed, calm atmosphere.”

Surf Spot
“Famara beach, north of the island, is a long beach, wide, under a great cliff and next to a very peculiar village. I highly recommend visiting this beach, be aware of the weather because on this beach (that is on the north of the island) weather is not allways good, also try to be careful with tides as some times is quite strong.”

Beach
“A tranquil beach with black sand where you have access to a cafe and a restaurant. It is great for night walks and watching the sunset as well as relaxing and soaking up the sun.”

Beach
“You won’t find any sun loungers or umbrellas here. This wild, secluded beach in the protected area of the Anaga Mountain Range on Tenerife’s north east coast is not for your average day-tripper. Only accessible via a windy mountain road, this black sand beach is backed by cliffs and pounded by gigantic waves. Expect fantastic views of the Roques de Anaga on this blissfully secluded nudist beach, and experience Tenerife like the locals.”

“Masca Hilltop Village and Trek. The ‘lost village’ of Masca is a remote hilltop community nestled amidst dramatic mountain scenery. Arrive early to avoid the crowds and find the start of the Masca Gorge Trek, a 3-hour walk down to Masca Bay. From here you can brave the climb back up or book a boat trip back to Los Gigantes. Guided treks are available.”
