The feeling wil be truly like you just land with your space ship on another planet but you can breathe walking around! After meeting at the parking spot, we grab from my car all the warm polartecs and backpacks we need, then we start walking thru the lava and ash of the surrounding volcanoes! Our destination is the top of one big volcano where we wil watch the sunset at 2100 meters altitude.On the way i will explain you everything about the ecosistem around us, because is just like on Mars the ground and the views!!Once the sun is gona say goodbye, the universe is making his way to us, opening in the dark the view of the stars and constelations.We wil gonna start walking under the pitch black sky and milions of stars and learn toghether how to spot the constelations, planets, milky way and shooting stars! We do pictures with you and the sky and i show you to use the mobile phones for stargazing photography.. If you don't have car, you can come by taxi or Uber. After the experience i can drive you to South Tenerife like free service..

Come and join us on this astronomical adventure and stargazing experience to share the magical night sky of Tenerife island from Teide National Park. We will be about 2000 meters above sea level, which you may feel a bit. The activity will be held at the core of Teide National Park, exploring the area of Roques de García (no bus at night). We will start at night or by sunset depending on the time of the year, and so both the sky and the landscape change depending on the season, the moon phase and the astronomical ephemerides (Moon, planets or shooting stars). The activity includes an interpretation of the sky, mixing astronomy and history as well as gazing by eye stars, planets and constellations. Tuesdays and Fridays: Regular Group Activities in English, gathering on average 10 to 20 people. Easy night walk of 3km. Ideal for families, couples and friends who want to be inspired by nature doing a relaxing walk and having time to stop, sit and contemplate the night. Other days can be available depending on the season. Spanish sessions are usually hosted by coworkers. Activities may be canceled depending on the weather evolution or fully cloudy sky. If I cancel, you are 100% refunded. Lanterns are provided. Telescope is not included. If you wish a private activity or include a telescope observation, just let me know.

La experiencia comenzará con una visita guiada por nuestros viñedos, donde hablaremos de agricultura seguida de la bodega donde nos enfocaremos en la elaboración de nuestros vinos. Después iremos a nuestro restaurante para catar nuestro vino tinto, Llantén (variedades locales y foráneas) maridado con delicias locales. No se pierdan la más auténtica oportunidad de disfrutar de un entorno único a las faldas del Volcán de Bandama. Es la perfecta manera de disfrutar de las Islas Afortunadas, a partir de uno de sus aspectos más ricos de Canarias, la naturaleza.

Empezaremos a las 8.00h am , en primer lugar daremos la bienvenida y nos dirigiremos a los corrales para desplazar las cabras desde ahí hasta la sala de ordeño, una vez aquí les daremos de comer y empezaremos la tarea del ordeño con el fin de obtener la leche necesaria para realizar el queso.Seguidamente llevamos la leche a la sala de elaboración del queso y le añadimos el cuajo, en lo que el cuajo fermenta (45min aproximadamente) nos dará tiempo a degustar los diferentes tipos de queso y productos típicos de la isla que hacemos en la granja. una vez fermentada la leche procedemos a la elaboración del queso, que consisitirá en un queso de paño, el cual se envasará al vacío para que se lo puedan llevar.

Nuestras clases tienen una duración de dos horas, todo el material que necesitas ( tabla, traje y escarpines) viene incluido en el precio y nosotros te lo aportamos. No se requiere de experiencia previa, solo ganas de aprender y disfrutar de este maravilloso deporte, nosotros nos encargamos del resto. Aprenderás a surfear de una manera exclusiva y diferente en la maravillosa playa de Famara. Especializado en principiantes de todas las edades y habilidades. Imparto classes también a intermediarios y niveles mas avanzados. Soy instructor altamente cualificado (ISA) y socorrista (royal life saving society RLSS). surfearemos en grupos reducidos y atención personalizada según las habilidades de cada uno de manera emocionante y segura. Acompáñame a recorrer uno de los senderos más hermosos de Fuerteventura a caballo y a crear recuerdos que no olvidarás. Montaremos por la costa noroeste de la isla, entre las montañas desérticas y el mar. Divisaremos playas salvajes con el atardecer ante nuestros ojos o de la mañana bonita con el arte fresquito empezamos el día de mejor forma. While enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of Teide at night, we will use a professional telescope to get us closer to the sky. The observation will be held in the surroundings of Cañadas del Teide Parador Hotel, the easiest meeting spot at night. Ideal for families, couples and group friends who want to grasp the mysteries of the Universe and be inspired by human imagination. Other days can be available depending on the season. Route of Cuervo is a circular route of 9 km, lasting three hours. Before starting, we will pass through the Masdache to see the volcanic tunnel in this same area. We start from the parking lot towards the Ortiz volcano to the north, where we can see the different layers of ejected volcanic material, we skirt it and head to the Colorado volcano. An extrombolian volcano where will see these bombs and the magnitude of their reach. We continue the route to the black Vulcano to appreciate the marpais that is around it, and the skills of the inhabitants to take advantage of these practically dead land, here we will see the fallen palm tree and we will take a break with a canary aperitif and local wine. Then we begin to walk into the crater of the Lapa volcano known as El Cuervo. Leaving this, we will appreciate the sunset in the direction of the split peak to return to the meeting point. Get ready for an amazing experience!!!

Practicar Yoga para mi, significa llevar equilibrio y armonía en el cuerpo y en la mente, para lograr un estado de bienestar físico, mental y re-descubrir el verdadero ser que a menudo se queda olvidado. Mi método de enseñanza está abierto a todos aquellos que quieran experimentar, a través de los movimientos y la respiración, su cuerpo y sus sensaciones En mis clases (75 minutos en total), siempre dedico una parte al calentamiento energético, una a las asanas, una al Pranayama y una al atención plena para aprender a sentir, identificar y manejar las síntomas de ansiedad y estrés y a gestionarlas de forma autónoma, cuando surgen en la vida cotidiana. El propósito de la práctica del Yoga es conocer, conectar y gestionar los pensamientos, emociones, sensaciones y comportamientos reactivos para cambiar los malos hábitos con nuevos más sanos. En mis sesiones, cada vez diferentes, me enfoco en la practica de Asanas y respiración, a veces me encanta usar los Mantras para relajarse al final de la clase, y llevar cuerpo y mente a un estado de abandono y meditación Me gusta la psicosomática y compaginarla con las posturas, explicando como nos ayuda a liberarnos de la energía estancada, como baja el nivel de cortisol en la sangre y como, con movimientos sencillos, logramos revitalizar cuerpo y mente. Tras reunirnos en el punto de encuentro, nos trasladarnos al lugar de comienzo, nos equiparemos con el material de seguridad necesario para vivir una experiencia de barranquismo en Gran Canaria, con total seguridad. Descenderemos por el cauce del agua, teniendo que caminar, destrepar, rapelar o saltar cuando lleguemos a cascadas. Todo esto en un precioso entorno, que no nos dejará indiferentes. La mejor forma de conocer los rincones de la isla, y de donde te llevarás impresionantes fotos, para que las compartas con tus amigos y familiares. Realizaremos 5 rápeles de entre 5 y 20 metros de altura. Luego descansaremos al término en la zona de picnic ( incluido ) y retornaremos por un sendero de ascenso de unos 45 min. Otros aspectos destacables No es necesario tener experiencia previa. Pero sí saber nadar y no tener vértigo.

Hello customers, this amazing experience is suitable for all levels, the meeting before the surf lesson will be where you prefer, for example from your accomodation or bar... than ready to go to the beach, the course is about 3 hours and with my experience in the island we choose the best surf spots of Fuerteventura island depending on level , waves conditions and tides, (exmple:cotillo, north shore, east coast...) all the material included: surfboards/softboard, wetsuist, leash and wax, surf spot explanation , exercises and muscle warming warm-up on the beach and than 1 hour with theoric and technique end when we are ready we do surf practice in the water(with intermediate to advance level I do video with video analysis. Other things to note Nothing is impossible......

I’ll tell you about the history and fun facts of this landscape. Next, we'll head to Bayuyo volcano, where we'll explore a crater and learn about the island's volcanic history. Our next stop is Popcorn beach the famous internet place, which is known for its unique rock formations that resemble popcorn. We'll then head to the little fishing village of Majanicho, where time seems to have stood still. We can't miss out on one of the most beautiful windmills in Fuerteventura located in El Roque. Have you ever been to the lagoons? Near El Cotillo, we can admire these beautiful natural pools and even take a dip if you're up for it! Lunch will be in the village of El Cotillo, where we'll enjoy some delicious local cuisine and take a break to relax and recharge. Finally, we'll head to THE beach. The crystal-clear waters and stunning cliffs will make you feel tiny in the grandeur of nature. Message me before making your reservation so we can arrange pick-up times and departure!

Morning Corralejo beach yoga classes are creative and soft mindful flow yoga classes with yin elements, that bring balance to our body and mind. The movements are linked to the breath and classes are started with variations of sun salutations to warm and prepare our bodies for more intense stretching done towards the end of the class. The practice is gentle yet refreshing with plenty of modifications to make yoga accessible for everyone. I favour verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Mats are disinfected after each use. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor yoga class on a PUBLIC BEACH. The weather conditions and distractions around us are OUT OF MY/OUR CONTROL. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to practice yoga. First, we’ll drive our way up towards the town of Arona, and through to the highest town of Spain Vilaflor. Here we’ll have some time for a short break to walk through the peaceful town and perhaps to enjoy a good-tasting local coffee. After our break, we’ll continue our journey through the enormous pine forest where we’ll be able to get to the largest and very old pine tree "El Pino Gordo" for a photo break. Further on we arrive at the famous place of the park with an amazing landscape of different lava materials, and the great famous rocks named "Roques de García". Here we’ll have some time to explore the landscape and take some beautiful pictures as well. Also, there is a small hotel in the area "Parador de Cañadas del Teide", a cafeteria and a nice souvenir shop. Later on, we also will pass by the old peak of the Teide "El Pico Viejo" with its huge lava field of over 5 km². Fairly recent with just over 200 years ago. Then we continue to a five hundred years old lava flow from the volcano "Boca Cangrejo", with the great view to the neighboring island of La Gomera. Thereafter, we drive a little further into the Teide National Park, and we arrive at a place where we have the opportunity to take a short walk to the crater of the Sámara volcano. On the way back to the south, we stop at a fantastic viewpoint of several volcanoes also showing a bizarre volcanic landscape.
