Description : Villa La Serenidad is situated in an estate of 8ooom2 full of fruit trees. The house of 210m2 has two levels, lovely gardens, a large terrace of 48m2 where you can enjoy lovely views to the village of Arona, Los Cristianos and Las Américas.
