Vista Waikoloa G101 - This two bedroom, two bathroom unit is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate four guests with one king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room has a 36 inch flat panel TV and DVD player. Unit features a marble floor entryway, wood floors and shutters, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. There are showers only (no bathtubs).

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, no internet access, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The Vista Waikoloa complex is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort & is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & Anaeho'omalu Bay (known as A-Bay). Built in 1991, these condos are spacious & larger than most properties. All guests who stay at the Vista Waikoloa will have access to use the communal lap pool (heated), two hot tubs, large covered pavilion with gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis), fitness room and business center with access to WIFI, printer & fax. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Vista Waikoloa is a non-smoking property.

Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.

A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.

The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.
