Oceanfront living with an island feel. Stay in the Tommy Bahama furnished main suite or the Palm River second main bedroom and enjoy oceanfront luxury at its best. Bahamas Luxury offers an open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends. The ocean is at your fingertips in this three-bedroom condominium.

The living area has plenty of seating and is equipped with a 42-inch plasma HDTV that offers over 500 channels of movies, sports, music, and more. Sit back and relax while listening to your favorite song on the Bose surround-sound concert stereo. Step out onto the large oceanfront balcony with an evening cocktail and unwind from an exciting day at the beach and let the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves take away all of your cares. In the morning, experience a spectacular sunrise with your morning coffee. If you are looking for a high-end, plush oceanfront experience, then you have found it in our home, the Bahamas Luxury suite.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and offers plenty of space to prepare your favorite seafood dinner from one of our local shops. The dining table with room for six is perfectly located to provide panoramic views of the great Atlantic while enjoying all family meals.

The oceanfront main suite with a private bath provides a large king bed, full-size dresser, walk-in closets, and a wall-mounted 42-inch smart TV. Here the sounds of the ocean will quickly guide you into a sound sleep and re-energize you for the next day’s adventures. Bedroom suite 2 also provides a comfortable king bed, private bath, plenty of closet space, and also offers a 32-inch wall-mounted smart TV so you don’t have to miss your favorite late night shows. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, a large closet, and a 32-inch wall-mounted smart TV. There’s plenty of open space for everyone to enjoy their relaxing vacation here at Bahamas Luxury.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

Things to know
No smoking and no dogs.
Please note that there is extensive construction occurring in buildings A & B including elevator and roof replacement, exterior painting, and breezeway remediation. During this time, you may hear loud construction noise during your stay. All installations and upgrades should be concluded by June. While Sanctuary’s pools and the fitness center are scheduled to be open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 2nd, the condo association has the right to close the pools at any time due to weather or repairs. The Sanctuary hot tubs should open in the fall. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

This rental is located on floor 3.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building A. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space or a space marked compact car. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development.
