This home stay village offers rooms in Tharu-style cottages in the village of Barauli, close to Chitwan National Park at Nawalparasi. Famous for its wildlife, the area is lesser known for its rich cultural value. The community homestay here has been providing job opportunities to the village women and empowering them.
Included in the price is full meal plan, that includes tradition Tharu style Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast.

Boligen
The Barauli Community Home Stay Village provides a taste of authentic village-life in a Tharu village that is a stone’s throw from Chitwan National Park. Accommodation is provided in ten little cottages that have been built by the village. All are simply furnished, but offer you everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Each cottage has a modern attached bathroom and comfortable beds.

Barauli is peaceful, less spoilt ‘local’ kind of place in Chitwan and offers varieties of activities from exploring the wildlife in the forest to enjoying the unique Tharu culture. Bicycles can be rented or you can walk around the neighborhood exploring the local life and farms eventually wrapping up your day admiring the setting Sun seeping over a cup of tea at the banks of Narayani.
