Banika means red soil in my Waray dialect. I used this name to pay homage to the NC red soil where this home stands. Banika is literally where my livelihood in real estate springs out of, where my American dream has become a reality. I am eternally grateful to my adopted country, USA. So glad to have the opportunity to share this dream home here on Airbnb. So many beautiful memories have been made here by my family and friends. Hope you make more! :)
