Character on Clyde. We welcome you to enjoy the downstairs guest suite of our home with own private access. Includes: own parking and entrance, private bathroom, lounge with TV (with chrome cast). Kitchenette is available (microwave only, no cooker top). You will have sole use of this, however, at times we need to walk through this area. A great spacious suite for a couples get away or up to 3 friends. Enjoy Napier City - a 5 min walk to town.

Enjoy sitting on the front north facing patio having breakfast or evening drinks with the birdsong as your music. The bedroom, lounge and bathroom are all very spacious and comfortable.
You are welcome to use our laundry facilities located in the garage.
Our home was built in 1931 and we have added an upstairs in keeping with the character.

Walking distance downhill to the City Centre, yes that does mean an uphill walk home, but it's not too bad!
We are lucky to live in a friendly neighbourhood - we know all our neighbours and generally it is quiet. We do live down the road from a school though and the road can be busy prior to and after school.
